Skaarvi Digital Academy provides digital educational and training services, including online courses, training materials, tools, resources and related digital services.
1. Digital Products & Instant Access
All Skaarvi courses and digital services are delivered electronically. Access to purchased content may be provided immediately after successful payment. Because digital content and membership access may be made available immediately, orders are generally non-refundable once access has been activated or the digital content has been made available to the customer.
2. Cancellation
A cancellation request may be considered only where access to the purchased digital service has not yet been activated or where required by applicable law. Once access has been activated, cancellation will generally not be available.
3. Refunds
Skaarvi does not provide refunds for change of mind, lack of usage, failure to complete a course, or dissatisfaction with expected results.
However, Skaarvi may review a refund or payment correction request in situations such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Payment received but access was not provided due to a technical issue
- Incorrect payment processed due to a system error
- Any other situation where a refund or remedy is required under applicable law
Each such request will be reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable terms.
4. Technical & Access Issues
If you have paid successfully but are unable to access your purchased course or membership due to a technical issue, please contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to verify the payment and restore access.
5. Results & Income Disclaimer
Skaarvi provides educational and skill-development training. Purchasing a course does not constitute an investment and does not guarantee income, employment, freelancing projects, business success or any particular financial result. Results depend on the learner's implementation, skills, effort, market conditions and other factors.
6. Payment Disputes
If you believe there has been an error with a payment or your access, please contact Skaarvi support first so that we can investigate and resolve the issue. This policy does not restrict any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
