Behind Skaarvi are its founders, Surekha and Ajay, who bring together different professional experiences, practical digital knowledge, and a shared vision of making quality digital education more accessible to Telugu-speaking learners.
Surekha
From Engineering to Entrepreneurship
Surekha began her professional journey as a Structural Engineer and spent several years working with multinational companies.
After taking a career break to focus on her family, she entered entrepreneurship through the real estate industry and founded Reality Hub.
Her entrepreneurial journey helped her understand the challenges people face when trying to build an independent career or business.
Over time, her interest in the digital world grew stronger. She recognised that digital skills were becoming increasingly important for careers, businesses, freelancing, content creation, and entrepreneurship, but many Telugu-speaking learners struggled to find structured and practical learning resources in Telugu.
This became one of the driving forces behind Skaarvi.
Her Role at Skaarvi
As the Founder and CEO, Surekha focuses on the overall vision, learner experience, business growth, community development, and creating practical learning opportunities for the Skaarvi community.
Her goal is to build Skaarvi into a trusted learning ecosystem where Telugu-speaking learners can continuously develop relevant digital skills.
Ajay
Technology, Digital Skills & Practical Learning
Ajay brings a strong technology and digital background to Skaarvi.
With experience as a software professional and a deep interest in digital marketing and emerging technologies, he focuses on making complex digital concepts easier to understand and practically implement.
At Skaarvi, Ajay contributes to digital education, mentoring, technology-driven learning, and practical implementation.
His Role at Skaarvi
As Co-Founder and Digital Mentor, Ajay focuses on helping learners understand digital tools, marketing strategies, emerging technologies, and practical ways of applying their skills.
His approach is centred around learning by doing: understanding a concept is only the beginning; applying it is where real learning happens.
